This is an optional form.

This form is presented to the Property Owner by the Client. The waiver states that property owner will waive their right to sue. This form is optional since the Client under the Real Estate Licensing Agreement must defend the Photographer via the indemnification clause. However, if the photographer needs direct evidence from the property owner that Photographer will not be sued by Property Owner, then the Photographer may use the waiver and release. The photographer will give this to the Client to have the property owner's signature. When the Client has obtained the signature, Client must send a copy to the Photographer for his/her records. This form will be signed by the Property Owner that owns that property that is the subject of Real Estate Licensing Agreement.
