Newborn Contract: includes provisions such as: retainer, payment, cancellation, rescheduling, late arrivals, preparation, control of subjects in attendance, circumstances (i.e. baby disposition), completion schedule, artistic rights, travel, indemnification, and legal miscellany.

 

Model Releases: allows the client to easily and legally give permission for use of their images for marketing and portfolio purposes. A model release is a legal release typically signed by the subject of a photograph granting permission to publish the photograph in one form or another. It also releases any claims the client may have to future compensation for use of images. This download includes two model releases:

  • General Release: includes language covering adults and minors
  • Limited Release: includes options to allow the client to limit the use of their images by the photographer

 

Print Release: readily customizable and can be included with digital file orders to outline permissions and restrictions. This template gives your client permission to print and share images for personal use. It does not permit them to use images for commercial use or other reasons. This reemphasizes copyright laws.
