Cancellation of Contract

This contract is to serve to terminate a previously existing contract and terminate the relationship in any future capacity (Until a new contract is signed).

Provisions include:

  • discharge and termination of original contract
  • no future obligations exist between parties
  • all liabilities are to be discharged
  • all monies paid are non-refundable (unless you amend agreement otherwise)
  • waiver of all future claims
  • confidentiality and non-disclosure
  • agreement is not an admission of guilt
